Synopsis
The longest and most ambitious work to date by Anders Nilsen, one of the most critically acclaimed cartoonists of his generation. Taking a cue from the school of Automatic Writing, a process born out of a stream of consciousness followed by limited editing and rearranging (an aesthetic mode that became the foundation of the Surrealist Movement), Nielsen began work on Monologues.
