Description

This stunning 1000 piece jigsaw illustrated by Josie Shenoy features many of London’s iconic sites and buildings as you’ve never seen them before. There are new and fun details to be discovered in every little frame. Can you spot Henry the 8th waving from a Hampton Court Palace window or a monkey climbing up the Tower of London? Pay close attention and you may just learn something you never knew before.

London Gallery is part of our range of design-led jigsaw puzzles especially for adults. With the recent wave of young adults wanting to take a ‘digital detox’ from using their devices that can sometimes take over everyday life, puzzling is becoming a popular pastime as it is an excellent way to relieve stress and focus on the present moment. The White Logo Collection is perfect for the new wave of puzzlers who are looking for more contemporary designs rather than traditional puzzle scenes.

As with all Gibsons jigsaws, we use 100% recycled jigsaw puzzle boards, FSC paper and work with the best artists from all around the world. The beautifully illustrated pieces fit perfectly together and are made from the thickest jigsaw puzzle board on the market

At Gibsons we put the people and planet first. Our jigsaw puzzles are securely sealed with biodegradable clear labels rather than shrink wrap, to reduce plastic waste. We use vegetable-based inks and our jigsaw puzzle pieces are stored in a plastic bag that can be recycled at local centres. About the Artist
London-based illustrator Josie Shenoy creates intricate illustrations drawing on themes of nature, pattern, traditional decorative arts and a love of storytelling.
Beautifully detailed, with a touch of romance and sophisticated use of colour, Josie’s kaleidoscopic hand-drawn illustrations can be found across the city.
Her work can be found in museums and shops such as Anthropologie, the British Museum, National Gallery, Liberty London, Fortnum & Mason and the Royal Gardens at Highgrove where she was invited to meet TRH The Prince of Wales.
Her first picture book for children, The National Archives: The Buildings That Made London, was published with Bloomsbury, was shortlisted for the World Illustration Awards at Somerset House, and longlisted for the Klaus Flugge prize.
Josie illustrates in her studio with help from her assistant, Larry the cat.

Alongside taking on freelance illustration commissions, Josie designs her own collections of art prints which she sells online and wholesale, in addition to popular licensed greeting card and gift ranges sold worldwide.
