Domestic Delivery

Zatu Games aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving orders. Please note this does not guarantee same day dispatch. When a next day delivery service is selected when placing an order before 4pm or 6pm, depending on the courier’s cut-off (see below), we aim to dispatch same day for next day delivery. In the event that an item on a next day delivery service is delivered late due to circumstances beyond our control, Zatu Games will not be held responsible for this.

We offer a variety of shipping options through our postal and courier partners. Please note depending on your location within the UK you may be charged a slightly higher rate for delivery that reflects the increased costs incurred from our partners.

Please note the estimated delivery times are estimates only and will vary per courier. Zatu Games cannot be held accountable for delays beyond our control. In the event that you believe your order has been lost, has arrived damaged, or you have other concerns please contact our customer service team.

Please note Zatu Games cannot issue a refund or replacement until an investigation with the postal or courier service has been complete, and in some circumstances this may take up to 28 working days from the original point of dispatch.

 

Following the UK’s departure from the European Union, Zatu Games is operating under an IOSS (International One Stop Shop) delivery system to our EU customers. IOSS is available on all shipments to the EU under with an intrinsic value of under €‎150 (intrinsic meaning the value of the goods i.e. ex VAT). Zatu Games will charge and collect VAT during the checkout process. This will be charged at the relevant VAT rate per item as defined by the destination country.

If your order has an intrinsic value of more than €150, you will not be charged VAT at checkout. Instead, your order will be shipped using a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) delivery method. DDU delivery terms mean the receiver/customer will be contacted by customs once their shipment arrives and will have to settle any charges for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered to the customer. EU customers will not be charged VAT at checkout, but instead may be subject to import VAT upon their goods landing in the destination country.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are available for purchase on our website and are charged at the point of purchase. We always aim to dispatch pre-order items to arrive on the day of release. In the unfortunate event that there are delays from our suppliers which make this improbable, we will look to get these items to you within 3 working days of the official release date. If you are yet to receive your pre-order after this time, just get in contact via email to team@zatu.co.uk or give us a call on 0800 007 5444, so we can investigate this further for you.

Any orders that include a pre-order item will be dispatched once ALL items in the order are available. Please bear this in mind when placing orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items. If you would like in-stock items delivered sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

 

Backorders

Backorders are available for purchase on our website and are charged at the point of purchase. Please note restock expected items will typically arrive within the next 2 months, however, in some instances they may take longer. Any orders that contain a backorder Item will not be dispatched until all items in the order are available. Please keep this in mind before you place any orders that contain both in-stock and backorder items. Please place a separate order to receive in-stock item(s) sooner!
